I deliberately deal with Prentice mini as the service and customer care is second to none. Mark and the team are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and make the whole purchase experience so easy.

Prentice people did every thing they could even though there was a hold on my car. The hold cost me money selling my old car but this wasn't showrooms fault. Mini BMW need to do more for people in this position.

Great experience overall - from test drive to driving away in my new Aceman. Great service from Mark. Nothing was too much trouble, purchase and handover was smooth. He explained everything well and even checked in post sale which was great!
