While there was a lot of "E" paperwork to be done to complete the transaction, the chat was good, the time passed quickly & the forms got signed.

Again Bronagh Johnston sales executive talked us through our options on model,variants,colours and packs available. She built our chosen car on the large screen, placed the Oder and printed a copy for us. & informed of progress on order/delivery date

End to end satisfaction, the service reception was very professional, the service technician sent a detailed health check which showed parts of the car I would normally never see, which is reassuring

I have given this answer as it absolutely true. Prentice are a first class garage with first class staff and mechanics who have an excellent knowledge of the Mini. I am always happy when having my car serviced.
