Brilliant customer service from Mark McKelvey at Prentice Portadown. From I first contacted him about changing my Mini, his knowledge and help was outstanding. I wouldn't buy a Mini off anyone else!

Overall everything was perfect, I was delighted to be given the use of a new Countryman All4 courtesy car and there was no hanging around waiting my turn at the service desk. The staff member Niall was very knowledgeable about the car and mannerly.
