From the minute I walked into the showroom Mark was welcoming, professional and took the time to help me make the right decision. Mark kept me updated throughout the whole process and made the whole transition to my new car so easy. Exceptional!

As far as I remember this is the fifth Mini I've bought from the same dealer. The service I've received has been exceptional from The Prentice Mini Team!!! I would especially like to mention Mark McKelvey who always excels in looking after me!!!

The whole experience was very easy from the receptionist taking my details to dropping my keys off. I got a phone call from Niall within a couple of hours. Everything was great and my car was squeaky clean when I picked it up! Many thanks Carol??

Normally I give 5 stars and the helpful and knowledgeable staff were the same for this visit. However removing the service reception from Mini to the BMW unit is not a good idea. I should have been warned of a 3 1/2 hour wait while car was serviced
