Very impersonal service, where you have to go into the BMW showroom where you aren't even acknowledged and place your keys in a drop box. It makes you feel that mini think of you as a number instead of a person who has been loyal to Mini.

Outstanding service from Mark McKelvey, Niall Creaney and Gareth Savage as always. That said, I don't like the fact that I have to drop off to the BMW showroom for servicing. I much prefer the experience of the MINI showroom. Hope this is short term.
